1. NC Standard Offer to Purchase ~ Freddie Mac/Homesteps is the Seller
                      (Owner of Record will not suffice)
2. Qualification Letter ~ Or Proof of Funds if a cash offer
3. Please indicate whether your client is an Owner Occupied Buyer or an Investor?

After the Offer is Presented:
The Sellers Sales Specialist may Accept, Counter or Reject.
Should the Seller's Sales Specialist Accept an Offer,
the Offer may have to be Approved by Management or by the
Mortgage Insurance Company.
If so, this can take up to 5 days for Final Approval.
Once Approved, three Addendum will be emailed to you.

ADDENDUMS:
There are three Addendum that will become part of the OTP
1. A Commission Addendum, which you and I will sign.
2. An Addendum for Disclosures on the Termite Report.
3. The largest Addendum is the As Is Addendum and it may be reviewed here.
