with the application fee(s) and your most recent paycheck stubs.
A paycheck stub verifies income & employment.

We forgive all outstanding medical bills, however, we do not forgive any past outstanding bills to other
property management and/or real estate companies.

Income Requirements:
One person must make 3 times the amount of rent.
Two people must make 2 times the amount of rent.

Some Owners allow Pets & some do not.
One time Pet Fee per Animal is $200
No Owner will allow a Vicious Breed Dog
